Care, Concern, Kindness & Professionalism

Yesterday the staff at Cleveland Park Animal Hospital helped me say goodbye to my cat of 11 years. I cannot say enough about their care and concern. Kindness comes to mind, as well as professionalism and respect. These were the attributes shared with me, my daughter and my sweet, sweet kitty. I can't thank them enough for their assistance in this very sad time. My Little Bit is now free of pain.

Careful, Quick & Thorough!

I have brought both of my chinchillas there and each time they were pretty quick and thorough and always explained what went on. They explain what the medicine is for. They are very careful with my chinchillas as well. They also reiterated the information in person after they explained it on the phone which I love.

Kind, Considerate, Timely & Informative

I love this clinic. The people are so kind and considerate and know my dog by name. They love on him and make him feel better since he is an anxious guy. They are always timely and I never feel like I'm being gouged or over paying for services. They explain procedures well and keep me informed on dosages and up to date on new medications that could benefit me and my pup. Love it and would recommend to anybody.

Dr Miller is the most awesome veterinarian in the Upstate. My Lakeland terrier, Chili had a very awful ear infection. After 3 different veterinarian, Dr Miller discovered the cause of infection and effectively treated . Chili is 100% well. Dr Miller was very honest and cost conscious. I highly recommend!!
