Lead Veterinarian

Dr. Jennifer Schaefer, DVM, MPH-VPH graduated from The Ohio State University in 2012. She and her husband Mark then relocated to Ft. Irwin, CA, to manage the veterinary facility on the military post. As an Army Captain, her responsibilities included caring for military working dogs, horses, and personal animals of other service members. Dr. Hammett grew up near Columbia, South Carolina, but she fell in love with Greenville while she was a student at Furman University. Brittney Whiten joined our staff in 2005. Her warm smile and quiet and courteous demeanor endear her to clients as soon as they walk through the door. She communicates well with clients and is respected by all the members of the staff. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her husband, Ben, and their son, Dylan along with their dogs: Olive, Groot, and Duke. Stephanie was born and raised in Spartanburg. She joined the Cleveland Park family in May of 2019. Stephanie completed the Veterinary Technician program at Tri-County Technical College in 2016. She enjoys horseback riding, camping, riding 4-wheelers, and photography. She shares her home with her 3 dogs; Garth, Paisley, Dash, and her horse, Dusty.
